Here's the basic way to scan and send your order:

  1. If you have not received your Opticon scanner please contact support@jit-ll.com 
  2. Scan the UPC code of the item you'd like to order with the Opticon scanner that we've provided you.  You can either scan the shelf tag, or the item itself.
  3. Each time you scan the item, you are ordering a case of the item.
  4. To order 2 cases, scan the item twice.  For 3 cases, scan it three times, etc.
  5. Plug your scanner into your computer using the included cable.
  6. Log into the website using the credentials provided.
  7. Click the "Import New Order" button, and choose the .csv file on your PC.  If located where suggested in the installation instructions, this will be under c:\Opticon.  If you're using a mac, you'll find the scanner on your desktop.
  8. Your items will load onto the screen.  Please review your order.  You can delete items, change quantities, or even add a new item by clicking "Add Item"
  9. When you are satisfied that your order is correct, click "Submit Order".

If you would like to order shelf tags for items, repeat the same process, 1-8, except press "Request Call Tags" instead of "Submit Order".  You'll be charged $0.02 for each tag ordered.
